The primary objectives of the redesign were to accurately represent the college's rich diversity, foster stronger community engagement, and streamline the design and development process for future growth and adaptability.
Mood boards & Design Exploration
For this project, I wanted to take a different approach to discovery. Too much time is wasted by lengthy discovery phases, so I decided to embed myself in campus life, and see firsthand what the current and prospective student experience was like.
Over a few weeks, I walked the 3 main campuses, hung out in common areas, interacted with students, and attended sporting events. I even sat in on a few classes (this was before gray hair set in).
