Throughout my career, I have consistently evolved as a designer, coach, and mentor, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of digital innovation. With a proven track record in design leadership, I have guided projects from ideation to execution for Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies. My expertise spans SaaS, B2B/B2C, enterprise systems, and cross-platform mobile applications, focusing on strategic leadership and driving impactful design innovation.
Building a Global Design Team
In 2018, I joined Guidehouse, a consulting firm acquired by Bain Capital in 2023 for $5 billion. Within my first six months, I built and scaled the Digital & Emerging Technology design team, establishing new capabilities in Service Design, Research, UX/UI Design, Visual Design, and Front-End Development.
As the Director of Product Design and Innovation Lab Design Lead, I drove design strategy and innovation for public and private sector clients. One key project included a proof of concept for an AI-powered supply chain management app, which secured a $20M contract and improved data analysis and transparency for a $1.7T program.

I currently lead the User Experience Design team at Marriott - responsible for the Commerce and Platform design teams.
AstraZeneca
Responsible for leading large keystone projects for global clinical, medical, and commercial organizations in the Oncology and BioPharmaceutical Business Units.
Guidehouse
Built the global design team, establishing new capabilities in UX and UI Design, Service Design, Research, and Front-end Development. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding competency leads in each of the core areas of the digital team.
HZDG
Led all digital initiatives for our largest client, Volkswagen, for over eight years. Responsible for developing and implementing a component-driven design approach, established agency-wide standards for seamless inter-agency coordination, and optimizing vendor management.
