With over 20 years of experience, I have continually evolved as a designer, coach, and mentor, successfully delivering products for clients across a wide range of industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Consumer Technology, Hospitality, and Entertainment.
My proven track record in design leadership spans from conceptualizing to implementing designs for Fortune 500 companies and Federal Agencies. I specialize in SaaS, B2B/B2C, enterprise systems, and cross-platform mobile applications, always emphasizing strategic leadership and design innovation.
Building a Global Design Team
Recently, I spearheaded the establishment of a global design practice at Guidehouse following PwC's divestiture of its Public Sector business to Veritas Capital. Within the first six months, I built new capabilities in UX Design, UI Design, Research, and Front-End Development, overseeing the recruitment, training, and onboarding of all new team members.
At AstraZeneca, I led keystone projects for global clinical, medical, and commercial organizations within the Oncology and BioPharmaceutical Business Units. My passion for customer experience drove me to champion the internal adoption of design systems and implement best practices and standards for digital accessibility.

Responsible for leading large keystone projects for global clinical, medical, and commercial organizations in the Oncology and BioPharmaceutical Business Units.

Built the global design team, establishing new capabilities in UX and UI Design, Service Design, Research, and Front-end Development. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding competency leads in each of the core areas of the digital team.
HZDG
Led all digital initiatives for our largest client, Volkswagen, for over eight years. Responsible for developing and implementing a component-driven design approach, established agency-wide standards for seamless inter-agency coordination, and optimizing vendor management.
